★ Phase 3: First-Come, First-Served Sales (Web & GALLERY A8T Store) → Available from October 12:00 PM on October 31 (Sat) to November 13 (Fri) via the website (this page) and at the GALLERY A8T store.Note: Applicable to works not sold during Phase 1 or Phase 2. Artworks will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis starting from the first day of the exhibition.

- Sales are on a first-come, first-served basis. If emails arrive at the exact same time, a lottery will be held to determine the buyer.
- Each applicant may apply for up to 5 items.
- If you have a preference order for your purchases, please specify it as follows: If you are applying for 3 items but wish to purchase only 1, you must clearly write, “1st Choice: No. [●] <[Artist/Artwork Name]>, 2nd Choice: No. [●] <[Artist/Artwork Name]>, 3rd Choice: No. [●] <[Artist/Artwork Name]>… *Wish to purchase only 1 item.” If not specified, all items you apply for will be treated as purchase targets.
- Please note that cancellations are not permitted once a purchase has been confirmed (after receiving the purchase right confirmation email from our gallery). In the event of a cancellation, a cancellation fee equal to 20% of the artwork price will be charged.
- Applicants may receive future notifications regarding exhibition information (via email or mail). Additionally, if requested by the artist, the purchaser’s name and address information may be shared with them. Please let us know in advance if you do not wish for your information to be shared.
- Transferring purchase rights and applications for the purpose of resale are strictly prohibited.
- Payment must be made within 14 days of the purchase confirmation for the applied artwork (please notify us if you prefer to pay via PayPal).
- The subtle colors and textures of the artworks may differ slightly from the actual pieces. If you have any concerns, please contact us before applying.
- Shipping fees apply in addition to the artwork price. For a guide to domestic shipping fees, please refer to the final page of the price list.
- For international shipping, in addition to shipping fees, all import duties and other local expenses incurred will be the responsibility of the customer. Because international shipping requires time due to customs procedures and various other factors, those who require urgent delivery are kindly asked to refrain from applying.
- Artworks will be shipped approximately 1 week to 10 days after the end of the exhibition period. (Delays may occur depending on the timing of payment or if the artist requests additional items/accessories. Standard shipping is generally handled via Sagawa Express. If you are within Japan and prefer to use a specialized art delivery company, please let us know after your purchase is confirmed, as shipping fees will change.)
